Overview

The project supervisor is in charge of managing a group of project managers and making sure that every project is finished on schedule, within budget, and to the satisfaction of the customers. The ideal applicant will lead and mentor the project team and collaborate closely with upper management to create and carry out project plans and strategies.

Responsibilities

• Will be in charge of overseeing projects and personnel on the job site in order to give craftsmen technical support and direction. • Will serve as the point of contact for the artisan, clients, and the office/CEO. • As well as any other tasks that the CEO may impose. • In charge of utilizing the proper paperwork and an authorized process to receive goods from suppliers and store them in the warehouse. • Oversee, guide, and inspire a group of project managers. • Create and carry out project plans, making sure they complement company objectives. • Oversee project finances, schedules, and resources. • Make sure that project goals are well-defined and understood by communicating with clients to learn about their needs. • Update top management on the status of the project on a regular basis. • Create and put into place procedures to maximize the efficacy and efficiency of project management. • Review project managers' performance on a regular basis and offer coaching and comments as required. • Determine and address project risks and problems. • Verify that every project complies with all applicable laws and regulations. • Improve project management techniques and resources on a constant basis.

Requirements

• HND or a first degree in building technology or civil engineering with a minimum of one year's experience. • At least five years of project management experience, with a track record of successfully overseeing challenging, large-scale projects. • Knowledge of leading a group of project managers. • Outstanding interpersonal, leadership, and communication abilities. • Knowledgeable about project management tools and technologies. • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. • Awareness of the rules and laws pertaining to project management.
