Overview

As a seasoned expert, you will work closely with our customers to evaluate their current technological systems and pinpoint areas that might be optimised to increase team productivity, improve security, and assist them in reaching their goals. Additionally, you will provide your knowledge of the digital environment and assist in enhancing a business's IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate the current IT procedures and systems of your clients. • Create and execute specialised IT solutions for customers, encompassing cybersecurity, network design, and hardware and software recommendations. • To establish standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the business, keep track of and preserve documents pertaining to IT systems and processes. • Build and maintain connections with suppliers and other IT partners. • Keep abreast of market developments and technological advancements to guarantee our clients get the greatest IT guidance and assistance.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or a similar discipline. • Three to five years of IT consulting expertise, ideally with a tech company. • Strong familiarity with IT systems, such as servers, networks, and applications. • Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities combined with a problem-solving mindset. • Proficiency with a wide range of operating systems, database management applications, and programming languages. • Knowledge of data protection, cybersecurity, and regulatory compliance.
