Overview
A company is looking for well qualified employee to fill the vacant role as a PR to:
- Improve communication with government agencies according to the business plan.
- Establish an efficient relationship network.
Responsibilities
- Formulate public relations work plans with government agencies.
- Maintain and develop good relations with government agencies.
- Obtain government support and create a good business operating environment for the business.
- Pay close attention to the status and changes of relevant government policies and provide professional advice and suggestions for the business operations and major decisions for Transition Holdings.
- Responsible for following up the implementation of government, coordinating and reception work and drafting publicity information documents.
- Participate in related public affairs activities on behalf of our company.
- Assist in applying for relevant business qualifications or certificate licenses if necessary.
- Flexible handling of various emergency matters with capable public relations ability
- Establish and improve public relations and put in measures to avoid potential public relations crisis.
Requirements
- Excellent Communication Skills: Public Relations Officers need strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey messages to various stakeholders, including clients, media, and the public.
- Media Relations: Ability to establish and maintain relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers to secure media coverage and manage press inquiries.
- Writing and Editing: Proficiency in writing press releases, speeches, articles, and other communication materials. Strong editing skills to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency in messaging.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement strategic PR campaigns that align with organizational goals and target audience interests.
- Crisis Management: Capacity to handle crises and negative publicity effectively, including developing crisis communication plans and managing media responses during emergencies.
- Event Planning and Management: Experience in planning and executing events such as press conferences, product launches, and promotional events to generate media coverage and enhance brand visibility.
- Digital PR: Familiarity with digital marketing and social media platforms to leverage digital channels for PR initiatives, engage with audiences, and monitor online conversations.
- Research and Analysis: Strong research skills to gather information, analyze data, and identify media trends, audience preferences, and competitor activities.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, clients, media contacts, and other external partners.
Creativity: Innovative thinking to develop unique and attention-grabbing PR strategies and campaigns that differentiate the organization from competitors.
