Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Credit Relationship Officer. The successful candidate will be instrumental in building strong relationships with clients and helping them access credit facilities. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a dedication to providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

Client Engagement:
• Engage with clients daily to understand their credit requirements.
• Provide expert advice and guidance on available credit options.
• Foster trust and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Credit Facilitation:
• Assist clients in completing the necessary paperwork to secure credit facilities.
• Ensure accurate and timely submission of applications to meet deadlines.
• Follow up on applications and keep clients informed of the approval process.
Customer Support:
• Address client inquiries and resolve issues efficiently and professionally.
• Educate clients on the terms and conditions of their credit facilities.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
Reporting and Record-Keeping:
• Keep detailed and accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
• Prepare and submit regular reports on client activities and credit performance.
• Collaborate with team members to meet departmental objectives

Requirements

• Minimum qualification of HND or WASSCE certification.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.
• A strong team player with the ability to work well with others.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of credit processes and financial services is advantageous (training will be provided).
