To meet all types of transportation needs, the sales executive will collaborate with the corporate community, public organisations, and political subdivisions. Developing a referral and repeat business is another duty of the sales associate.
• Deliver high-quality customer service while looking for ways to win over new clients or encourage existing ones. Processing cases, handling complicated enquiries, and looking into and fixing client issues are a few examples of possible responsibilities.
• Assist in keeping an eye on dealers' performance and actions in order to spot and address any non-compliance with OEM standards and company regulations.
• Seek out chances to connect the demands of the customer with other goods or services the company provides during sales encounters.
• To create typical reports, extract and merge data.
• As needed, obtain managerial authorisation and promptly and appropriately address basic issue escalations.
• Directly sell basic goods and services to clients while according to established procedures. Alternatively, it could entail giving a sales team back-office support.
• Continue your education, go to conferences, and read specialised media to stay up to date on industry best practices, pertinent technologies, and external regulations.
• Gain or retain externally applicable professional accreditation to enhance performance and realise personal potential; build one's own capacities by taking part in evaluation and development planning activities, which include formal and informal training and coaching.
• Preferably, a bachelor's degree in a related field of study.
• Three or more years of experience selling cars.
