Responsibilities

• Create and implement successful sales strategies to meet and surpass sales objectives.
• Find and approach possible customers while cultivating and constructing a robust sales funnel.
• Develop and preserve enduring relationships with customers by learning about their needs and offering tailored solutions.
• To guarantee smooth project execution, work closely with teams.
• Present product options to customers, emphasising their advantages and value proposition.
• Assure client satisfaction and enduring loyalty by negotiating and closing sales agreements.
• Work together with internal teams to guarantee customer service and order fulfilment.
• Keep abreast on market dynamics, competitor activity, and industry trends.
• Analyse data, track sales performance, and report to management on a regular basis.

Requirements

• Demonstrated expertise in a sales position, ideally in a furniture manufacturing company, as a sales officer or in a comparable sales job.
• It is preferred to have a bachelor's degree in marketing or a similar discipline.
• A proven track record of hitting or surpassing goals, along with a solid understanding of sales concepts and strategies.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities, including the capacity to establish rapport with clients and engage in productive negotiation.
• Extremely focused, proactive, results-oriented, and enthusiastic about sales.
• Outstanding decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• The capacity to work both alone and cooperatively in a group.
• Must have a current driver's license and be able to drive.
