FULLSTACK ENGINEER

Overview

This position is a full-time hybrid opportunity based in Accra, offering flexibility for remote work. The Full Stack Engineer will primarily focus on developing and managing software applications, encompassing both front-end and back-end tasks. Additionally, they will undertake responsibilities such as designing user interactions on websites and crafting custom themes using Cascading Style Sheets (CSS).

Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain both front-end and back-end components of software applications.

- Design and implement user interactions on websites, ensuring a seamless user experience.

- Create and customize themes using Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) to meet project requirements.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.

- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.

- Troubleshoot and debug issues reported by users or identified during testing.

- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and best practices in web development.

- Contribute to architectural decisions and technical designs.

- Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and sprint reviews.

- Assist in defining project requirements and specifications.

- Ensure compliance with coding standards, security guidelines, and performance benchmarks.

- Mentor junior developers and share knowledge within the team.

- Continuously improve development processes and workflows.

Requirements

- Proficient in Back-End Web Development and Software Development.

- Skilled in Front-End Development and Full-Stack Development.

- Competent with ASP.Net using C#.

- Demonstrates strong problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.

- Capable of working independently or collaboratively within a team.

- Possesses effective communication skills.

- Holds a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.

- Has verified experience utilizing relevant technologies and tools.
