The IT support officer will communicate with the digital marketing team, oversee the company's official website, and help the digital marketer with social media handle management. In addition, he will install and set up software and hardware and troubleshoot internet and technical issues.
An organization's computer systems and networks should be observed and maintained.
Set up and adjust computer systems.
Make sure IT systems are maintained and operated correctly.
Create profiles and accounts for new users, and resolve office software password problems.
Help staff members set up systems or fix problems by walking them through a sequence of steps over the phone or in person.
Install and keep an eye on car GPS trackers.
Complete the staff ID cards for each employee and snap images of the company's formal events to provide to the digital marketer.
Watch CCTV every day.
Manage and update company websites.
Proactively ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability.
Assist with graphic design works where necessary and coordinate with digital marketer to take pictures and videos especially during events and visitations
Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology from a recognized university with minimum of 5 years working as an IT officer (specialist)
Must be able to meet deadlines with strictness.
The capacity to assign tasks and set priorities as needed.
An ability to quickly troubleshoot problems and have a good eye for detail.
Strong understanding of networking.
Communicate with suppliers and the general services division to address issues.
