Responsibilities

• Oversees sales support procedures to fulfil business goals and guarantee the profitability of the offices under his or her supervision. • Oversees all office administrative procedures to guarantee effective resource utilisation. • In charge of providing exceptional customer service inside the units • Oversees sales procedures to guarantee financial success. • Finds possible new markets and, with the help of the sales manager, opens them up. • Accountable for managing relationships with important stakeholders both within and externally. • Personally responsible for employee time, assignments, and output standards. • Manages their own priorities while inspiring and guiding others. • Helps employees reach operational excellence by providing guidance and direction. • Fosters an environment that allows for peak performance. • Controls performance. • Chooses possible employees to continue providing client and customer support. • Accountable for overseeing the day-to-day operations of every team they lead.

Requirements

• Degree in business or insurance that is pertinent • Six years or more of experience in a comparable position in a bank or the insurance sector with a track record of outstanding performance.
