High-level strategic planning, brand management leadership, and supervision of offline and digital marketing initiatives are necessary for this position. In order to guarantee unified and effective marketing campaigns that immediately boost revenue, you will also oversee product marketing activities while collaborating with cross-functional departments including sales, procurement, and operations.
• Create and implement a comprehensive marketing plan to increase sales and brand recognition. • Ensure consistency in tone, visual style, and messaging by managing and enhancing brand identity across all media. • Oversee, coach, and lead the marketing staff while encouraging innovation, teamwork, and constant development. • To guarantee successful launches, create go-to-market plans for new goods that cover positioning, marketing, and campaign execution. • In order to ensure successful engagement and brand visibility, oversee digital marketing initiatives, such as social media, email marketing, and website administration. • Utilise consumer input and market data to improve marketing tactics, foresee trends, and cater to client demands. • To measure consumer satisfaction and promote brand loyalty and retention, implement and manage the NPS system. • Oversee the marketing budget, making sure that funds are used wisely to provide the best possible return on investment (ROI). • To optimise favourable brand exposure and thought leadership, cultivate and maintain connections with agencies, media outlets, and trade associations.
• You have eight to ten years of marketing experience, with at least three of those years spent in a senior position, ideally in the FMCG, B2B, or agriculture industries. You have a track record of successfully developing and implementing marketing plans that boost brand equity and propel company expansion. • You can motivate, mentor, and inspire teams because of your outstanding leadership abilities. You can work well with both internal and external stakeholders because to your communication skills, which help you turn complicated tactics into workable plans. • You are able to drive creative campaign concepts and establish long-term strategies since you bring both strategic vision and creativity to the position. • You have knowledge of analytics tools, CRM systems, and customer feedback tools like NPS. You are also skilled at using data to make well-informed marketing decisions. • A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a similar discipline is required, while a master's degree is desirable. • shown marketing leadership expertise along with excellent planning and organising skills. • competence with CRM software, social media management, and digital marketing. • While not required, prior experience in the agricultural industry is advantageous.
