Furniture Detailer Specialist

Overview

The Specialist will be in charge of daily duties involving the detailing of furniture designs, making sure that dimensions are precise, and working in tandem with the design and manufacturing teams to provide superior custom furniture solutions.

Responsibilities

• Create detailed, technical drawings and specifications for bespoke furniture pieces. • Ensure accuracy and precision in design plans, measurements, and materials. • Collaborate with designers to refine designs and resolve technical issues. • Verify measurements for accuracy and compatibility with design plans. • Identify potential installation challenges and propose solutions. • Communicate design intent, specifications and production requirements. • Ensure seamless project execution and resolve issues promptly.

Requirements

• Skills in furniture design and detailing • Knowledge of the procedures used in the production of furniture • Strong familiarity with coatings and materials • Capacity to decipher technical blueprints and drawings • Measurement accuracy and attention to detail • Proficiency in interior design and fitout with outstanding teamwork and communication abilities • Relevant degree or certification in interior design, furniture design, or a similar discipline
