Overview

By creating and implementing thorough business development plans, spearheading marketing initiatives, and establishing the brand's recognition in the Ghanaian market, the applicant will propel the company's expansion. In order to guarantee that the team is in line with the objectives of the business and has the required abilities, the applicant will also assist in the monitoring and training of colleagues.

Responsibilities

Development of Businesses • To increase income, find, target, and land new commercial ventures and alliances. • Create and carry out a comprehensive business development plan to increase the company's clientele and market penetration. Marketing and Sales • Serve as company's spokesperson and develop your personal brand to use it to the company's advantage. • Oversee the development and implementation of sales strategy to meet financial goals. • Create and carry out integrated marketing programs using both conventional and digital media. Internet-Based Promotion • Oversee all digital marketing initiatives, making sure that target audiences are engaged and that there is a strong online presence. • Create and implement digital marketing plans for a range of channels, such as email, display ads, and search engines. Management of Social Media • Oversee all social media initiatives, including as advertising, community involvement, and content production. • Keep an eye on social media trends and modify your tactics to stay relevant and competitive. Branding and Strategy • Work together with the executive team to establish and enhance the brand identity and value proposition of the business. • Create and put into action plans to establish Verify Social as a pioneer in digital identification and social media verification.

Requirements

• A track record of success in digital content creation or social media campaign management is highly regarded. • Experience in digital marketing or a related discipline for at least two years, with an emphasis on creating and executing digital marketing plans in a business-oriented domain. • Proficiency in project management and the capacity to manage several projects at once. • Outstanding understanding of computer programs and ICT technologies, including mastery of Microsoft Word, Google Workspace, Excel, Outlook, Canva, Slack, and Trello.
