Overview

This position entails making sure that mining procedures, goods, and services live up to consumer expectations and legal requirements. Leading research projects to raise standards for salt production's product quality and mining efficiency will also be a major part of the job.

Responsibilities

• Create and uphold quality assurance procedures tailored to the mining and processing of salt. • To guarantee product uniformity and adherence to industry standards, develop and execute quality control methods. • To make sure that quality requirements are being followed, conduct routine audits of mining and processing processes. • Determine the causes of quality problems and work with the production teams to put remedial measures in place. • Make sure that all applicable industry rules—such as those pertaining to safety and the environment—are followed. • Keep up with industry norms and laws, and make sure business procedures are compliant. • Keep an eye on client comments and respond quickly to any issues pertaining to quality. • Assist the sales and customer support teams in meeting and surpassing the expectations of your customers. • Oversee research initiatives with the goals of boosting product quality, developing new uses for salt, and optimizing mining techniques. • To promote creativity in product creation, stay up to date on industry trends and technology breakthroughs. • Make sure all study findings and quality assurance procedures are well recorded and readily available.

Requirements

• A minimum of a bachelor's degree in geology, chemistry, mining engineering, quality management, or a similar subject or study. • A minimum of [7] years of experience in research and quality assurance, ideally in the mining sector connected to or including salt mining. • shown expertise in overseeing research projects in a mining setting and managing quality assurance procedures. • strong familiarity with industry norms, safety laws, and recommended procedures in the mining and mineral processing industries. • Outstanding analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities. • strong team management and leadership skills. • Interpersonal and communication abilities that work. • competence with tools and software unique to a certain sector. • familiarity with the mining of salt. • certifications in quality management, including ISO 9001 and Six Sigma. • Working knowledge of contemporary R&D and data analysis technologies.
