Overview

To support the HR Manager in organizing, leading, and managing the organization's HR management initiatives in order to optimize the strategic use of human resources and uphold operations including hiring, employee remuneration, policy compliance, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• filling in for the HR Manager while they are not present. • daily administrative assistance for the human resources department as a whole. • keeping HR information systems and personnel databases current and correct. • Contribute to the creation, upkeep, and application of company rules and procedures. • Participate in hiring and choosing processes. • modified in accordance with current labor laws. • ensuring the timely and efficient completion of the monthly headcount. • making certain that the necessary disciplinary paperwork is completed quickly. • ensuring effective minute-taking throughout necessary meetings. • ensuring prompt nomination and selection of the employee of the month. • arranging and planning interviews for jobs. • Overseeing benefit plans for employees. • Creating and distributing HR documentation • keeping track of staff training data and planning seminars and training sessions. • arranging for the coordination of industrial relations efforts. • putting HR rules and procedures into practice. • ... any additional relevant duties and tasks that Management may assign that aren't specifically included here.

Requirements

• First-degree or master's-level administrative degree with a focus on human resource management Professional HRM certification (ideally CHIRMP) • Three years minimum of experience in an active HR management job or roles). • Self-driven and capable of leading a team. • Affable, personable, and aggressive all at once. • Must have excellent decision-making and conflict-resolution abilities, along with a solid grasp of employee relations. • Requires a respectable degree of managerial expertise in addition to strong moral and professional judgment. • Needs to be extremely proficient in both written and spoken communication. • Good interpersonal skills are essential, as is the capacity to handle delicate and private circumstances and information with care, professionalism, and diplomacy. • Must be well-versed in HR regulations and practices. • Need to be self-sufficient and trustworthy.
