Through effective monitoring and maintenance procedures, the Mechanical dependability Engineer will help to ensure the availability of assets and the overall dependability of the Natural Gas Pipeline (including infrastructure, utilities, equipment, processes, and safety/security systems).
• Verify the installations' dependability and maintainability. accountable for following the life cycle asset management (LCAM) procedure throughout the duration of the asset's life cycle. • assistance in creating, implementing, overseeing, and improving an asset maintenance strategy. • Contribute to a risk management strategy that aims to foresee hazards that might negatively affect plant operations, both connected to and unrelated to dependability. • Provide engineering solutions for all issues that negatively impact the operations of the Natural Gas Pipeline and Stations, including recurring failures. • Collaborate with the Operations Team to conduct an asset analysis. • To avoid unscheduled maintenance and catastrophic failures, implement predictive and preventive maintenance. • Make sure you have the necessary paperwork ready for any activity that needs a permission to operate. • Keep the necessary regulatory records up to date.
• Mechanical or electromechanical engineering bachelor's degree. • Four or more years' worth of expertise managing dependability processes and working in the oil and gas sector. • Knowledge of the rules that must be followed by running facilities in order to comply with federal, state, municipal, and OSHA, EPA, and Process Safety Management standards. • Proactivity: The capacity to identify intricate technical issues and create a variety of solutions for various circumstances.
