Compressor Operator (Utility)

Overview

To expand our team, we are looking for a seasoned compressor operator with a solid background in electrical and electronics engineering. You will run and maintain compressors, carry out regular maintenance, and solve problems as a utility player.

Responsibilities

• Compressors, pumps, and associated equipment should be operated and observed. • Carry out regular upkeep, fixes, and debugging. • Make sure you follow safety procedures and do safety inspections. • Work together with maintenance crews to maintain equipment. • Increase productivity, efficiency, and performance of the compressor. • Keep an eye on and adjust the compressor's flow, temperature, and pressure. • Keep precise logs and records.

Requirements

• Four or more years of compressor operator experience. • Multi-skilled utility experience is desired. • Strong foundation in the concepts of electrical and electronics engineering. • Knowledge of safety rules and procedures. • Mechanical aptitude and ability to solve problems. • Capacity to operate both alone and together. • Good documentation and communication abilities. • Technical qualification is preferable; a certificate of vocational training or its equivalent is necessary. • A degree or diploma in electrical or electronics engineering. • Certification for Compressor Operators (or a desire to get)
