Overview

Ensure efficient, sustainable operations of physical spaces and associated facilities to support the main organization’s objectives and the well-being of staff. You will also be required to effectively manage, supervise, control and maintain the means of transport in the organization.

Responsibilities

Facilities Management • Provide a safe and secure working environment for staff and vendors. • Keep property-led operations running as smoothly as possible. • Ensure buildings operate within a set budget. • Assist in hiring the right contractors to carry out hard and soft facilities management services Transport Management • Develop and implement a proactive, planned and structured approach to the maintenance of vehicles. • Keep within the designated budget • Ensure all vehicles used are fit for purpose and the customer experience is of a high standard. • Ensure compliance of vehicles with legal and regulatory requirements. • Execute efficient monthly Fuel allocation • Monitor transportation cost. • Assist in vehicle procurement and disposal

Requirements

• First Degree in Facilities Management/Land Economy/Estate Management/Building Technology or related field. • 5 years’ experience in Facilities or Estate Management, Transport or fleet Management
