Overview

For a Marketing and Brand Manager role, your responsibilities would involve developing and executing strategic marketing plans, overseeing brand positioning, managing advertising campaigns, and analyzing market trends to increase brand awareness and drive sales. Responsibilities

• Create, carry out, encourage, and lead the branding and marketing plan. depending on awareness of the set goals for the company: • To produce top-notch marketing initiatives, actively participate in, closely observe, and exert influence over the entire marketing value chain: • Motivate the creation of integrated marketing plans and initiatives that optimize the efficiency of sales personnel and business expansion endeavors: • Analyze and track rival goods, services, and promotions; use the information you gather to optimize your marketing campaigns. • Contribute to all auxiliary media plans in order to optimize the planned campaign's impact (for the relevant targeted market category). • Develop and put into action marketing creatives. Assist the creative team in planning the best times and strategies for utilizing marketing collateral to reach the intended audience. Collaborate on ideation sessions and leverage internal resources to bring fresh marketing concepts to life. • Establish rules and procedures for digital and advertising campaigns for the department responsible for ensuring brand messaging is consistent. • Collaborate and communicate with suppliers to provide content that bolsters marketing ideas. • Drive the strategy and creation of the suitable marketing and communication solution by working together with the product development, sales & service, technical marketing, technology, marketing, and creative teams. • Deliver marketing messages to target consumers through social media, video, mobile, and other channels in an effective manner. • Encourage the creation and evaluation of marketing metrics so that wise choices about revenue expansion may be made. profitability, market share, and marketing intelligence. • Oversee the company's adoption of communication techniques. • Create systems that foster connections with current and potential customers, shareholders, intermediaries, trade associations, and the local community. • Track and document marketing campaign performance, acquire knowledge, and evaluate against objectives. • Carry out extra tasks within the parameters and purview of your employment. given by the manager.

Requirements
