Overview

You will play a critical role in driving revenue development and growing our clients in the IT infrastructure sector as a Senior Sales Officer. You will play a key role in spearheading sales activities, cultivating client relationships, and attaining measurable business outcomes by utilizing your sector expertise and strategic insight.

Responsibilities

• Give clients professional advice while highlighting the advantages of company's goods and services. • Make engaging presentations that are customized to the goals and demands of your clients. • Create and implement a strong sales plan that is in line with the objectives of the company and current market trends. • Work together with internal teams to plan sales activities and accomplish group goals. • Oversee and motivate the sales staff while cultivating a climate of excellence, creativity, and teamwork. • Team members can improve their performance and skills by receiving help and mentoring. • Determine and develop connections with important influencers and possible customers. • Utilize networking, strategic alliances, and proactive prospecting to propel your sales acquisition initiatives. • Make sure that after-sale support and service are delivered smoothly in order to increase client satisfaction and loyalty. • Keep up with market developments and customer input to enhance the services that your business provides on a constant basis.

Requirements

• Education: A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a similar discipline. • Experience: Previous sales experience in similar fields, such as software development, cloud computing services, telecommunications, data management and analytics, or cybersecurity solutions, is preferred. • Proficiency in sales principles, negotiation strategies, and strategic thinking are essential. • Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and presenting abilities. • Demonstrated aptitude for spotting possibilities, forming connections, and closing business successfully. • Using strategic thinking, adjust sales methods and strategies to meet changing customer needs. • Ability to establish and preserve a good rapport with clients. • A strong emphasis on providing outstanding client experiences. • Expertise inspiring and managing multidisciplinary teams to accomplish shared objectives. • A cooperative strategy for collaborating with internal teams to promote corporate expansion. • A results-oriented mentality dedicated to hitting sales goals and increasing income
