Head of fulfilment

Overview

We are looking for a Head of Fulfillment who has the experience and expertise to guide our team in providing outstanding customer experiences by accurately and promptly fulfilling orders. The chosen applicant will be in charge of managing every step of the fulfillment process, from order receipt and sourcing to packaging and shipping, making sure that our strict requirements for quality and client satisfaction are fulfilled.

Responsibilities

• Within the following three months, develop and implement effective fulfillment procedures to cut down on fulfillment time by 20%. • Examine the procedures in place, locate any bottlenecks, and make any adjustments. • Attain 95% on-time delivery and 99% order accuracy to guarantee precise and quick order fulfillment. • Conduct quality assurance inspections and streamline transportation. • Oversee and grow a productive fulfillment staff. • Make sure team members reach 90% employee satisfaction and satisfy performance goals. • Provide coaching, feedback, and training on a regular basis. • Create and maintain forecasts, budgets, and performance indicators with the goal of meeting performance targets and budget accuracy of 95% or above.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a similar discipline • Three or more years' worth of experience in fulfillment, logistics, or a similar industry • Demonstrated ability to successfully manage fulfillment teams and procedures • Strong managerial, communication, and leadership abilities • Capacity to evaluate information and reach wise decisions • Outstanding dispute resolution and problem-solving abilities; strong attention to detail and dedication to quality
