Graphic Designer/Digital Marketer

Overview

Digital marketing, branding, content production, and graphic design will all fall under the purview of the graphic designer/digital marketer. The job will entail producing eye-catching designs and graphics for a range of campaigns and marketing materials. In addition, the graphic designer/digital marketer will be in charge of creating and implementing digital marketing strategies in close collaboration with the marketing team.

Responsibilities

Graphic Designer: • Create visually appealing designs for websites, social media, and marketing materials • Develop brand identities, logos, and typography • Design graphics, infographics, and animations • Create email templates and marketing materials • Ensure design consistency across all platforms Digital Marketer: • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies • Create and manage social media campaigns • Write and optimize website content, blog posts, and ads • Analyze website analytics and track campaign performance • Manage email marketing campaigns and lead generation • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices Combined responsibilities: • Design and develop website landing pages and email templates • Create social media graphics, ads, and animations • Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns • Analyze and report on campaign performance • Collaborate with teams to ensure brand consistency across all platforms

Requirements

• Abilities in graphics, graphic design, and photography • Expertise in branding and design • Proficiency with tools and software for design • Strong inventiveness and attention to detail • Adaptability to deadlines and multitasking • Understanding of the tactics and concepts of digital marketing • Strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities • A benefit is having prior real estate sector experience. • It is preferred to have a degree or certification in graphic design or a similar discipline.
