Our company is expanding quickly, and we are looking for an operations officer with a lot of expertise and drive. You will collaborate extensively with every department to guarantee coordination and propel the business forward.

Responsibilities

• Administrative work to assist with regular corporate operations • Record-keeping and action monitoring • Supplying documentation and information on HR-related subjects to employees • Handling personnel data and assisting with new recruit onboarding • Control of unforeseen and ongoing costs, including software licensing, stationary, • equipment, and purchases • Digitization and filing of business papers • Overseeing group activities, organizing and scheduling trips • Assist the sales team with administrative tasks

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or a similar discipline • Two or more years of operational experience • Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities Proven track record of leading teams and collaborating with cross-functional teams
