Overview

You will be expected to analyze competition strategies, market trends, and internal performance metrics as a Strategy Analyst in order to offer recommendations and insights for strategic business development decision-making. Your main responsibilities will be to spot new business prospects, build rapport with possible collaborators, and place our goods and services in the best possible positions within the industry. Strong business acumen, critical thinking, and a data-driven approach are necessary for this position.

Responsibilities

Market Research and Analysis:

Research goods, market dynamics, industry trends, and upcoming technologies. 


Create insights and plans for seizing new company possibilities by analyzing market data.


Determine the opportunities and threats present in the market environment.

 

Competitive Intelligence:

Keep an eye on rivals' actions, such as new product introductions and pricing tactics. 


Analyze the opportunities, threats, vulnerabilities, and strengths of your competition using the SWOT method.


Evaluate your market share and competitive stance in relation to your main rivals.

 

Strategic Planning

Aid in the formulation of long-term goals and strategic plans. 


Work together to establish strategic priorities and activities with the department head.


Determine the strategic openings for expansion, diversification, and growth.

Requirements

A bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business administration, or a similar discipline.

 
Minimum of two years' experience in a comparable subject, such as strategy consulting or strategy analysis.


Strong analytical abilities and expertise in competitive analysis and market research. 


Knowledge of the fintech and digital financial services industries locally 


Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. 


Being proficient with software and tools for data analysis (such as Excel and Power BI) is an added benefit. 


Outstanding oral and writing communication and presenting abilities. 


Capacity to operate both individually and jointly in a hectic setting.
