Overview

Daily duties pertaining to estate management, property management, facility management (FM), budgeting, and customer service will fall within the purview of the estate manager. The position entails managing the properties, keeping an eye on them, and giving clients outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

• Discussing plans and general estate requirements in a meeting with the owner. • Creating, presenting, and overseeing financial plans. • Overseeing the estate's everyday activities, such as personnel scheduling, upkeep, and other administrative tasks. • Overseeing all ground and house employees and offering performance evaluations, daily comments, and training. • Overseeing all building and estate grounds upkeep, repairs, and restorations. • Use social media and other marketing platforms to promote the estate's enterprises. • Overseeing all administrative duties, including billing preparation, service provider coordination, and reporting.

Requirements

• Skills in Facility Management (FM), Property Management, and Estate Management • Proficiency in budgeting, customer service, and interpersonal communication. • Strong organizing and detail-oriented abilities • Real estate industry experience • A bachelor's degree in business administration, real estate, or a similar discipline
