This is a contract position with flexibility for remote work for a business system consultant headquartered in Accra, Ghana. Conducting systems analysis, business analysis, and comprehending business requirements will fall under the purview of the business system consultant. They will also take part in the assessment and enhancement of company procedures.
• Analyzing business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and optimization. • Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business requirements and propose solutions. • Designing and implementing efficient and effective business systems and processes. • Providing guidance and recommendations on system integration and technology solutions. • Conducting training sessions for employees on new systems and processes. • Evaluating system performance and making adjustments as needed to ensure optimal functionality. • Keeping abreast of industry trends and best practices to provide cutting-edge consultancy services.
• A strong capacity for analysis and the capacity to evaluate intricate business systems • Expertise in business and systems analysis • Knowledge of business needs and proficiency in converting them into technology solutions • Understanding of business procedures and the capacity to spot opportunities for development • Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities • The capacity to operate both individually and in a group • A benefit is having experience in the food industry.
