Poultry Farm Manager

Overview

To oversee our activities, we are looking for a committed and experienced farm manager. In this position, you will oversee the farm's daily operations, plan for strategic growth, and make sure everything is operating structurally sound. The chosen applicant will supervise field work, manage personnel, and keep thorough records to monitor advancement and schedule upcoming events.

Responsibilities

• Organize fieldwork and oversee day-to-day farm operations. • Develop and put into action plans for increasing company size and boosting output. • Keep thorough records of all farm operations, including personnel schedules, financial statements, and production data. • Verify adherence to safety laws and industry requirements. • Oversee and instruct farm workers while encouraging a culture of excellence and ongoing development.

Requirements

• A university degree in agriculture or a closely related discipline, ideally with a focus on chicken production. • A track record of success in farm management or related positions. • Strong grasp of market dynamics and the poultry sector.
