You will be in charge of daily sales tasks as a Senior Sales Officer, such as lead generation, customer support, communication, sales operations, and channel sales. This is an Accra-based on-the-job position.
• Developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and targets. • Leading and managing the sales team, providing guidance, training, and support. • Identifying new business opportunities and building relationships with potential clients. • Monitoring market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly. • Negotiating contracts and closing deals with clients. • Overseeing the sales process from lead generation to closing of sales. • Analyzing sales data and preparing reports for management review.
• Strong lead generating, communication, and customer service abilities. • Familiarity with channel sales and real estate sales operations. • Outstanding presenting and negotiating abilities. • A results-oriented mindset capable of hitting sales goals. • Awareness of market developments in the real estate sector. • The capacity to function both alone and together. • A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a similar discipline. • Prior experience working in the real estate sector.
