Overview

We are seeking a driven Recruiter to join our team! As a Recruiter, you will play a critical role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to join our organization. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to onboarding, and will work closely with hiring managers and other stakeholders to ensure successful candidate placement.

Responsibilities

• Manage job postings across various platforms and sources • Source and screen candidates, conducting initial interviews and assessments • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand requirements and preferences • Schedule and facilitate interviews, ensuring a positive candidate experience • Extend job offers and negotiate salary and benefits packages • Ensure compliance with recruitment laws and regulations • Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights for process improvement • Build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders

Requirements

• 2+ years of recruitment experience • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
