SALES MANAGER

Overview

Responsible for Olien and sunflower sales of commercial and consumer packs produced by IFFCO refinery in Ghana. Provide valuable analysis to support as input for business level decision making.

Responsibilities

• Manage the sales team and distributors of the company.
• Prepare, commit and execute monthly sales plan by SKU.
• Produce accurate market information on regular intervals for business decision making with respect to competition activities, consumer demand and supply and other factors impacting the business.
• Contribute to company profitability by driving sales and building brand for company product.

Requirements

• At least Bachelor Degree in Business Administration.
• 6 and above years of experience in within Fast Consuming Goods or Oil business with team leading experience.
• Exposure to Costing, Pricing, Budgeting, Forecasting
• Ability to work and effectively communicate with senior -level business partners.
